3 stars (Good Enough) A plot that's episodically/thematically told. I suspect most of us will find something to appreciate within the film because of its different themes but maybe not everything will be to everyone's taste. I enjoyed the performance of Nobuko Miyamoto. ~Tubbs
4 stars (Very Good) This is a great movie about being in love with food, and the desire for perfection. Reverent without being serious, stylish without feeling laboured, and filled with bottomless charm. ~Pop&Coffee
