Aroview: Defiantly oddball art-horror parody about an inanimate car tyre with telepathic powers who embarks on a desert killing spree for "no reason".

The director Dupieux is a French musician/DJ who had success under the moniker 'Mr Oizo', and he has a great eye as well as ear (serving here as cinematographer, editor and composer as well) but like its unlikely protagonist, his hollow script rolls downhill after a devilishly promising start, and retreads the filmic conceit of unfolding the action before a live 'on-location' audience.
