Aroview: Slavish, lavish remake of the classic 70s serial plays out the hushed conflict between servants and gentry at the iconic 165 Eaton Place. Though clearly in the shadow of DOWNTON ABBEY, this angles for a similarly successful combination of high aesthetic detail and unlikely character warmth.
