Last Will
Aroview: Based on the novel by Liza Marklund, this brisk addition to the "Scandi-crime" canon has unfortunate journalist Annika Bengtzon witnessing a murder during the Nobel prize-giving banquet. A terrorist group claims responsibility but she suspects otherwise.
By-the-numbers and bereft of a strong subtext that invigorated compatriot works like the Millennium Trilogy, this settles for being the cinematic equivalent of an airport novel.

3 stars (Good Enough) Formulaic and predictable, so disappointing. Don't expect subtle Nordic noir ~hardingfele
3 stars (Good Enough) A competently written crime drama with Malin Crepin giving a good lead performance. The film also concerns itself with the role of the press in reporting crime and has a side story on bullying. ~Tubbs
