Awkwardly post-dubbing only accentuates the banal script and atrocious acting, but considering the budget, the special effects are really something. Co-director Muren went from this inauspicious beginning, to win multiple Oscars, and fame as the effects genius behind STAR WARS, JURASSIC PARK, and TERMINATOR 2.
