Aroview: The tired buddy cop genre is given a much-needed gut punch in this bolshy vehicle for comedy darlings Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy.
Making the most of its performers' chalk-and-cheese personas, the film makes up for its lack of visual and narrative imagination through a highly combustible blend of rude and prudish behaviour.
