4 stars (Very Good) Spooky, atmospheric black and white charm, and Dickens' wonderful and memorable characters. The dialogue is genius too - and a very young Alec Guinness is an extra bonus. A David Lean classic. ~Phillersteiner
4 stars (Very Good) The graveyard scene is a classic in my book but the downside is that it is very early in the film and everything that follows is an anticlimax but an anticlimax that is very well done. ~Tubbs
5 stars (Exceptional) One of the best Dickens adaptations ~emjay
