3 stars (Good Enough) Enjoyable piffle, slightly better than 'Where Eagles Dare'. Only Quayle and Baker manage to hold on to their dignity. The storm scene illustrates that, in the good old days, even the greatest stars sure worked hard for the money. ~HiFi
3 stars (Good Enough) Every scene a mini dramatic production: perfect lighting; perfect choreography. some of the acting a little stilted by today's standards. Lots of spectacular special effects, although not of the CGI variety. Has aged remarkably well. ~Anon
2 stars (Good Try) Other than Stanley Baker its a lightweight acting cast its therefore made for commercial reasons only. Shepperton Studios do well with the props and set designs. ~Tubbs
