Aroview: Supremely entertaining musical rom-com that transposes the Faustian legend to the world of American baseball, with Gwen Verdon in the iconic role of the devil's seductress "Lola", reprising her popular stage role from the Broadway show.

Ray Walston (TV's MY FAVOURITE MARTIAN) plays the devil and Tab Hunter the fresh-faced baseball prodigy, who in fact has sold his soul to help defeat the New York Yankees. Choreographed by Verdon's soon-to-be-husband (and future film director) Bob Fosse, with whom she shares an ebullient mambo dance number, "Who's Got the Pain?".
