Season of the Witch
Aroview: The third feature film from director George Romero is a self-described "feminist" horror following a neglected and dissatisfied housewife who dabbles in witchcraft, with unintended consequences.
Tracing her journey from domestic boredom to researching witchcraft and casting spells, this is less of an outright horror and more of an occult themed, satirical take on the suburban housewife nightmare.
