PhenomenaPhenomena (Creepers) (1984)
3 stars (Good Enough) This may not be one of Argento's best, but Jennifer Connelly is always worth the price of admission, and there is a particularly nasty scene in a pit that makes Poltergeist look like childs play.

An American Werewolf in LondonAn American Werewolf in London (1981)Aro Favourite
4 stars (Very Good) It may not have the bite to it that the other classic werewolf film 'The Howling' has, but some groundbreaking special effects and a great supporting cast including the wonderful Jenny Agutter go some way to make up for its flaws.

DVD $15 $11.25
DemonsDemons (1986)
5 stars (Exceptional) Fantastic example of Italian horror set almost entirely in a movie theatre. Some seriously disturbing practical effects and makeup. A must watch for any serious horror fan.
WaterlooWaterloo (1970)Recommended
4 stars (Very Good) Very impressive historical epic on a truly grand scale. Incredible battle scenes with a jaw dropping number of extras. I'm not entirely convinced of this depiction of Wellington, but that's a minor gripe.
