“Good, bleak, shivery fun, and however familiar some of its components may seem, it thrums with an intelligence that's anything but artificial.”~Daily Telegraph
Aroview: Sci-fi set in the year 2038, following a scientist working on an advanced, human-equivalent AI, while secretly harbouring a plan use it to reunite with his wife, who died in a car accident years earlier.
The feature debut of writer-director Gavin Rothery, who has previously worked with Duncan Jones on his own debut MOON. A soulful and introspective film which doesn't break new ground conceptually, but brims with intelligence, style and suspense.
