Aroview: Hanna Bergholm's feature debut has finally put Finland on the horror film map – an enchanting pubescent allegory about a 12-year-old girl stuck in the 'perfect' pastel nuclear family.

She comes under excessive maternal pressure to exceed at gymnastics, but push-back comes in the form of a mysterious crow's egg she is secretly nurturing which, once hatched, will wreak irrevocable havoc in the nest.
