Liar Liar
Aroview: After the ill-fitting CABLE GUY, Jim Carrey is back in a snug role as an unscrupulous attorney put under a spell to compulsively tell the truth by his precocious, lisp-afflicted five-year-old.
Carrey is gleefully tactless in tapping the comic potential of the concept, and voraciously chews the scenery in between the odd lesson in family values.

3 stars (Good Enough) One of Carrey's best, Liar Liar provides ample opportunity for his over-the-top facial expressions and mannerisms, as he fights with his natural instinct to lie about almost everything in his everyday life. ~Tom H
1 star (Turkey) I didn't think Carrey could get any worse than the Ace Ventura films but he topped them with this - an insult to any one that appreciates comedy. The star is for the other cast members. ~Tubbs
