3 stars (Good Enough) Too much sermonizing makes it too long but the costumes for a cast of thousands and the set designs are worth a tick. Leo Genn does well as the chief sycophant and Patricia Laffan is great as Mrs. Nero but the film belongs to Ustinov. ~Tubbs
