Snow White in the Black Forest

Aroview: A Brothers Grimm fairytale more grim than fairy-ish. Sigourney Weaver steps into the wicked-stepmother robes for a nice little bedtime story of consuming jealousy and persecution of poor Snow White, all told in sombre, gothic hues. Sam Neill as husband/father has the wool convincingly pulled over his eyes.
