Aroview: Perfunctory caper round the grey streets of Paris stuffs as much car-chasing and other cliches as possible into its baggy plot concerning unshaven ex-Secret Service men looking for the Big Score.
Robert DeNiro and Jean Reno provide a core of world-weary, cynical wisecracking (supplied by a pseudonymous David Mamet), but the overall impression, is déjà vu, pardon moi.

2 stars (Good Try) Very good cast including the interesting Jonathan Pryce. Has the requisite car chase with bazooka on winding roads and pavements plus machine gun battle in the middle of a busy shopping day. ~Tubbs
5 stars (Exceptional) Frankenheimer up to his old tricks. Car chases and gritty crime with an awesome script and cast. Guilty pleasure? Non! It's awesome! ~bikewrench
3 stars (Good Enough) Well-plotted action thriller with enough car chases to satisfy the French for the last 20 years! Stars the towns of Nice, Arles & Paris. Most of the sites are fun to visit. ~Sandy
