Aroview: The directing debut of actor Edward Norton, this is a relaxed and genial love-triangle comedy, the twist being that Big Apple executive Jenna Elfman is romantically sandwiched between 'celibate' childhood pals - priest (Norton himself) and rabbi Ben Stiller.

Petty jealousies and the conflict of personal vs. professional interests provide fruitful subtext for both the light and serious stuff, and though a little repetitious and long, is blessed with likeable performances.

2 stars (Good Try) The premise is fragile from the start and breaks long before the end which is too long in coming. Stiller and Norton don't have the ability to carry it through. Wallach and Bancroft are a welcome relief in their small parts. ~Tubbs
