Aroview: Eye-witness, partisan account of the G8 summit in Genoa, Italy, which led to serious clashes between police and protesters (leaving one dead and many injured). Liberal quotation from Guy Debord ‘Society of the Spectacle’ and John Pilger (uncredited) lend a theoretical layer, but extended testimonies of shocking violence later in the film leave the strongest impression.
