Aroview: Yikes! An Americanised feature film version of the very British children’s institution incorporates live actors into the mix and new characters like ‘Lady’ and the troublesome ‘Diesel 10’.

Die-hard Thomas fans won’t mind the alarming liberties taken, but this is insufferably saccharine and contrived for anybody over eight.
