Man Bites Dog
Aroview: Disturbing black comedy unravels itself as a media satire but its barbaric humour won't tickle everyone's funnybone. Staged as a documentary, a film crew follow the violent exploits of a charismatic, loquacious serial killer until they themselves become actively complicit in his heinous crimes.

2 stars (Good Try) As dark as it gets, there is very little to laugh at here, with Remy and his filmcrew following a psychopathic and egotistical serial killer from scene to scene as he murders families, dogs, and even a baby. As controversial as it gets. ~Tom H
0 star (Not rated) A harsh black comedy looking at the media's ethical responsibilities when reporting real life events. The theme was reworked in Natural Born Killers but where NBK glorified the violence, MBD is gritty, realistic and quite horrific in making its point. ~sevorges
0 star (Not rated) ~Benjo
