Skateboarding his way into a mission to foil a gang of techno-terrorists, Munz makes a genial good time of his misadventures, with a few neat stunts and quirky casting calls along the way. Essentially this reprises the semi-parody of SPY KIDS, but sexed-up to connect more with a post-pubescent audience.
