Aroview: A bubbly updating of the 'Cinderella' fairytale, with Hilary Duff (LIZZIE MAGUIRE) playing a put-upon modernday teenager who must slave away after school in her step-mother's diner and pine for her 'online' boyfriend whom she's texted with, but never seen.

Although there's an all-too-knowing clunkiness to the use of the technological trappings and teen codes of school-yard romance, they are utilised with a certain cheerful wittiness, while Coolidge proves an effective foil as the repellent step-mom.
