Aroview: A respectable telemovie version of James Goldman's stageplay about the battle for succession to the English throne between Henry II (Stewart) and his estranged wife Elanour of Acquitaine (Close) in the 12th century AD. Just holds its own against the classic Hepburn-O'Toole version (despite the accents), giving its own intelligent take on the classic tale.
