Aroview: Austrian TV series, with a sizable cult following around the world (especially in Australia), in which a lone policeman and his German Shepherd sidekick solve horrendous murders in the Viennese hinterland.

Rather too graphic for young viewers, the man-dog chemistry provides surprisingly compelling viewing, and while Moretti is no duffer, the mutt manages to solve most of the cases, which are depicted with a fair amount of urban grittiness.
