Mrs Henderson Presents (2005): The screenplay has some uneven segments, particularly towards the end, but the production values are excellent and there is nothing wrong with the casting.
Touching the Void (2003): Difficult to sympathise with extreme adventure sports people but the camera work is good and the shooting location is outstanding.
Trouble With You, The (En liberté!) (2018): A hard to resist group of four attractive performers will ensure its popularity.; DVD $29.95
House That Jack Built, The (2018): It does have some artistic bits but most of it should have been left in the basement.
Phantom of Liberty, The (1974): An absurdist comedy that will stand the test of time for a while yet.
Mauri (1988): The screenplay is uneven but because the film has been sincerely made it has value as a record of the lifestyle that is depicted.
Inbetweeners Movie, The (2011): Some good parts but not enough to overcome the grubby parts.
Ruben Brandt, Collector (2018): Full of fresh ideas and characters – probably will be even better on a second viewing.
Insult, The (2017): Very heavy on the politics with plenty of name calling and melodrama – worth a look.; DVD $29.95
Tristana (1971): Fernando Rey in the "The French Connection" could have walked off the set of "Tristana" without a hair out of place.
