Longest Day, The (1962): Epic undertaking with American actors, French speaking actors, and German speaking actors. Five directors were needed to complete this very impressive effort. Recommended.; DVD ~~$15~~ $11.25
Repo Man (1984)
Excalibur (1981): Epic, eerie and dark, maybe the best take on the Arthurian myth put to film. Helen Mirren is predictably wonderful as Morgana, but Nicol Williamson steals pretty much every scene he is in as Merlin.
