House of Cards - Season 1 (TV Series, US) (2013): It has all been done before and there is nothing in the characters or performances to make it more than a 10 hour time filler.; DVD ~~$15~~ $11.25
BPM (Beats Per Minute) (2017): The debating scenes were very good but the screenplay lost a bit of traction when it focused on the individuals away from the group.
Day Shall Come, The (2019): Flat and it failed to hold the attention.; DVD ~~$29.95~~ $15, $29.95
Cradle 2 the Grave (2003): Jackie Chan does these better but at least it does attempt to alleviate things with a bit of humour.
Toy Story 2 (2000): If not compared to its predecessor it would rate very well as a stand–alone.
Dean Spanley (2008): Whilst it is fair to say that Peter O'Toole in an eccentric role would normally crush those around him here he doesn't because the rest of the cast also get it right and the whole is perfect.
One Eyed Jacks (1961): He who mumbles directs himself which is a mistake as too much camera time is spent in admiration of the lead character. However, there is some beautiful photography that is worthy of admiration particularly the panorama shots.
Meat Loaf - Hits Out of Hell (1991): A classic selection from Meat Loaf.
Vincent, François, Paul et les autres (1974): The casting is a bit rich for the okay screenplay. The boxing segment however is very well handled.
Intimate Confessions of a Chinese Courtesan (1972): The colour photography is very easy on the eye and does justice to the beautiful wardrobe and female casting. The choreography of the different skills used in the film is also well done.
