Scarecrow, The (1982): Maybe it's because it reminds me of growing up in small town New Zealand (apart from the murder) or the laconic narration, but I found this extremely enjoyable.
Men in Black (1997): What Tom H said.
Private Function, A (1985): Dont expect any car chases or might action shots, this movie takes it time to entertain you. This original Alan Bennett plot is subtle and witty and touches on social snobbery which is alive an well an exisiting in post war england. A stellar cast .; DVD ~~$19.95~~ $14.95
Conspiracy (2001): Tucci is understated and perfect, Branagh oozed charm and menace. A brilliant portrayal of the discussion about the jewish 'problem'.
