Gnome-Mobile, The (1967)
Karen Dotrice is very good as young Elizabeth and its always good to watch Richard Deacon. The screenplay is family orientated and enjoyable.
Timecop (1994)
It is a very good SF plot scenario but as portrayed here it doesn't amount to much.
Equals (2015)
I couldn't pick up all the dialogue from the murmurings and mumblings but the set designs seemed worthier of better material than a romance.
Meet the Robinsons (2007)
Solid family entertainment with easy to understand animation.
Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 (2015)
Doesn't seem to get anywhere fast and seems to cover old ground – much too long.
Ben-Hur (2016)
The slave galley scene was well done with James Cosmo taking charge but the chariot race stretched credibility. Most of the characters looked like Jesus Christ so the screenplay did get confusing but the wardrobe team did a good job throughout.
Siege, The (1998)
Willis acts like a concrete post which leaves Denzel and Annette to get you through a standard hostage actioner. There are some street scenes used on location to add interest though.
Nerve (2016)
Presumably it was made with the good intentions of dissuading teens not to follow suite.
Body Snatchers (1993)
If you haven't seen its predecessors then you should really enjoy this version – if you have it is still worth a watch.
War Dogs (2016)
It would really help to be a fan of Jonah Hill (who looks like a barrel on 2 legs) to enjoy this one – when he's on screen there is not much room for anything else.
