Land Before Time, The (1988): Excellent entertainment for all us kids.
Land Before Time 11: Invasion of the Tinysauruses (2004): Excellent entertainment for all us kids.
Joy (2015): It takes quite a while for it to get going and then really only meanders – flat overall and Jennifer not convincing.
Imperium (2016): It must have been dramatic because of all the F words.
Me Before You (2016): Emilia Clarke is endearing and worth it but with the exception of the talented Janet McTeer the other performances are below par. The screenplay is very ordinary and too long for what it has to offer.
Savage Grace (2007)
Missing Lynx, The (2008): Has the successful formula of entertaining characters and quality animation.
Neverending Story, The (1984): The set designs and the fantasy segments are terrific but it loses a star because of the kid's voice.; DVD $19.95
Conjuring 2, The (2016): Some of the horror segments if not entirely original looked promising but it shoots itself in the foot by going on for so long. You don't have to be an Einstein to know that the shorter the screenplay the easier it is to maintain suspense.
Conqueror, The (1956): Wayne looks ridiculous in a typical bullying performance including giving Susan Hayward a slap (instead of Maureen O'Hara for a change).
