Point Break (2015): The stunt work, special effects and the locations are fine.
Pirates of Penzance (1982): From one of the top song writing teams ever – it could hardly fail and this version doesn't.
Prophecy II & III, The (1995-2000): Watchable but both films raise more than a notch when Walken – nearly at his chilling best – is on camera.
London Road (2015): Bit of an oddity but the monotone of the singing affected one's ability to concentrate on what was being said.
Beethoven (1991): The slobbering dog joke only goes so far – there is not a great deal else.
Kung Fu Panda 3 (2016): Delightful characters – love the goose if that what it is – and quality animation.
Big Fat Liar (2002): It was watchable until Giamatti appears and puts in another hysterical performance.
13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi (2016): Its not only a routine action film its a long routine action film.
Dirty Grandpa (2016): What a dreadful screenplay, what a dreadful script.
Revenant, The (2015): The film shoots itself in the foot by being far too long and therefore loses its impact. The story drags. Its a pity because the location shooting is stunning. The stunt work and the animal training are also commendable.
