Dear White People (2014)
The characters just aren't interesting enough to hold one's attention.
Icy Flesh (Icy Breasts; Les seins de glace) (1974)
aka "Someone is Bleeding". The Claude Brasseur character was a bit annoying but could well have been because of the dubbing.Reasonable plot.
My Suicide (2009)
Not that interesting after a short while into the film – repetitious – no character empathy.Aka "Archie's Last Project".
Watcher in the Woods, The (1980)
Too much yelling and screaming from the kids for my liking but there is a very good British supporting cast and the atmospherics are fine.Bette doesn't have to do much – just look like Bette.
Infinite Man, The (2014)
The time travel loop has been done before. It might have been more successful if it had undertaken the time travel for something a bit more important than a romantic interlude.
What's in a Name? (2012)
The well healed male characters soon get tiresome with their useless chatter.
Bedknobs and Broomsticks (1971)
Quality family entertainment. There's not a dull moment – only blip are the songs which are not memorable but at least are bearable.
My Name Is Nobody (1973)
It's possibly one of those films that has lost something on DVD and needs to be seen on the wider screen.
Freddy Vs. Jason (2003)
Its an attempt to milk every last drop from the two franchises. It misfires.
Green Berets, The (1968)
It has its intentional lighter moments and will probably find a place in film history as a curiosity piece from the late 60's. It would have been a better proposition if it had lost an hour.
