Two Jakes, The (1990): I kept thinking I was watching "Chinatown".
Boo (2004): Tries to be different but its hard to escape from the established formula – although its better than most.
Rare Exports - A Christmas Tale (2010): Original idea – but usual understated (love it) Scandanavian delivery.
D3: The Mighty Ducks (1996): The original freshness has gone and maybe this one wasn't such a good idea.
Let's Be Cops (2014): The plot idea is not the strongest but the inoffensive leads do their best.
Heartbreak Ridge (1986): Goes over well trodden ground plotwise. Miles too long.; DVD ~~$15~~ $11.25
Escape to Witch Mountain (1975): A pretty useful adult cast but the highlight is the well told and entertaining story.
Doug's First Movie (1999): The animation style and the characters should appeal to most families.
John Wick (2014): A ridiculous out of proportion body count doesn't help. A very good soundtrack.
That Darn Cat (1997): Many comedic moments – the two leads work well together.; DVD $14.95
