Non-Stop (2014): Weak plot but Neeson and company try their hardest.
22 Jump Street (2014): These two lightweights can't carry a film.
Haunter (2013): Not enough originality to maintain interest.
Serendipity (2001): Provided you can raise some enthusiasm to watch it in the first place – its light fare.
Practical Magic (1998): Some interest in the performances of Dianne Wiest and Stockard Channing.
Dogfight (1991): Lili Taylor is excellent. An unusual romantic film in that it has a purpose.Great soundtrack used at the correct moments.
All is Lost (2013): Great script & a casting directors dream. The plot has been done to much better effect elsewhere. Boring.
13 Going on 30 (2004): Garner wins you over – great dance sequence.
Much Ado About Nothing (1973): Good to have a record of these performances on film.
Penelope (2006): Uneven but with the great cast and interesting plot could never be boring.
