Aroview: Anyone with an appreciation of natural beauty will be transfixed, and possibly transported, by this superlative documentary from the makers of MICROCOSMOS that takes a literal birds-eye-view (and beyond) across the world's continents of over fifty species in migration.

Less nature doco than a filmic poem composed of staggeringly beautiful vignettes, it stands as a milestone technical achievement, employing 450 personnel over a four year period, and ulitizing gliders, balloons, helicopters and a specially designed aircraft to capture its literally unique perspective.
