Aroview: Doing for Australian Rules football what DON'S PARTY did for Australian politics, this examines in brawling, bawdy detail the behind-scenes struggles at a Melbourne club. Taken from the acclaimed play by David Williamson, it admittedly suffers from budget restraints, but the acting is fearless, with the usual 'sports film' archetypes - coach, manager, star player - breathed into fresh life.
