Slumber Party Massacre

Aroview: Iconic 80s slasher movie, if only for its plainly prosaic title. Set around a group of teenage girls whose overnight get-together, spiced by the presence of boyfriends, becomes a shivering, blood-drenched disaster at the hands of a power-drill killer. Amazingly written by feminist author Rita Mae Brown, this display its ironic streak only very late in the piece.
