Churchill: The Hollywood Years
Aroview: A satirical swipe at Hollywood's tendency to Americanize history, with Christian Slater playing an American GI who supposedly impersonated British PM Winston Churchill in order to rouse the English into action.
Written and directed by 'Comic Strip' stalwart Richardson, this releases a swathe of scatter-gun gaggery, which certainly replicates the combination of wit and vulgarity, while the plot (and casting) is consistently wild. Neve Campbell as a young Queen Elizabeth anyone?
