Failure to Launch

Aroview: Amiable and clever enough to pass muster, this romantic comedy finds a thirty-something slacker, who still lives with his parents (McConaughey), being positioned into a relationship with Sarah Jessica Parker, who it is hoped will lead him out of the family nest.

Packed out with a few moments of eccentric comedy (involving agressive animals), this eventually settles into funny-sentimental mode, but not before lightly plumbing some serious themes about those 'adultescents' who refuse to grow up.
