Girl in the Cafe, The
Aroview: Richard Curtis (LOVE ACTUALLY) penned this second-chances romance with a mild political streak, where an aging civil servant strikes up an unlikely May-December fling with a beautiful woman. The ever-appealing Nighy is both convincing as a bureaucrat and love interest to his much younger opposite.

5 stars (Exceptional) Offbeat political-romance. Lawrence, a 57-year-old Londoner with a successful governmental career and nonexistent social life meets a mysterious, considerably younger, Gina. She accompanies him to a G8 Summit. Loved it - So very memorable. ~GenXGirl
