Aroview: A prickly college student (Blunt) catches a ride home for Christmas with a random classmate, but when their car ploughs off the icy road, stranding them, the supernatural chills begin.

Good old-fashioned creepy horror with more than a debt or two to Kubrick’s THE SHINING, this is a subtle, mood-driven piece. The glacial plot may for some people keeps proceedings a little too still, but the softly softly approach allows for a spooky, psychological take on isolation.

2 stars (Good Try) The bickering between the two students didn't create any sympathy for their well being and you were praying that whatever was going to chill them out would hurry up and do its thing. ~Tubbs
