Aroview: Jamie Foxx hunts a faction of terrorists in this Middle Eastern-set actioner concerning the aftermath of a suicide bombing on American citizens in Saudi Arabia.
Resisting the urge to blow things up until its explosive, bullet-ridden finale, retribution takes a backseat to crime scene investigation as an FBI dispatch join forces (and forge bonds) with Saudi police in scouring the bomb site for clues. Initially masquerading as an olive branch between Western and Muslim worlds, this ultimately succumbs to the temptation to kick ass, reinforcing its right-wing ideology to shoot first and ask questions later, making for an unthinking, but at times exhilirating action film.

4 stars (Very Good) Fairly close to what life was like in Saudi Arabia at the time of the bombings. Now just the driving in the same and of course women have no rights. ~skiwi
