Babylon A.D.
Aroview: Mind-numbing, muddled Vin Diesel thriller that sees the furrowed-brow strongman playing a callous mercenary recruited to smuggle a woman from post-apocalyptic Eastern Europe to the dazzling metropolis of NYC.
Diesel doesn’t do much other than hurtle his body through the set, Michelle Yeoh plays a martial-arts nun, and cloning, virgin births and feminist conspiracies are all touched on as themes. A bizzare cameo from Gerard Depardieu completes the picture, and perhaps accelerates it into the grateful arms of cult-film lovers.

1 star (Turkey) Terrible futuristic/apocalyptic actioner that seeks to have Diesel playing his Riddick role. Falls flat in almost every aspect. ~Tom H
2 stars (Good Try) "Making of " helps to some degree to uncover the plot which was unclear in the film because the Sci-fi aspect was pushed aside by the too frequent action segments. There is some acting talent but for the most part it goes to waste in the supporting role ~Tubbs
