Unborn, The

Aroview: Corny 'supernatural thriller' concerning a young woman who fears she may be haunted by a demonic spirit somehow connected with her unborn twin.

Dir. Goyer throws everything bar the kitchen sink into the mix - exorcisms, rabid dogs, demonic children - and holds it all together with some gobbledygook regarding a vengeful spook from Auschwitz (!). In amongst the mishmash of horror movie staples - and Gary Oldman playing a Rabbi - you'll invariably find SOMETHING to send a shiver down your spine, although ultimately there's more laughter than chills to be experienced here.
