Aroview: Cosmic comedy sees a less-than-stellar astronaut land on supposedly uninhabited Planet 51 only to find little green people living in what appears to be 1950's America.
While a perfectly solid and diverting animated feature, it fails to distinguish itself in a crowded field of animated charmers, so its premise and personalities feel a little second hand. Highlights are the "cylindrical" production design and a lovable robot dog.
