Synopsis: An anthology of love stories set in one of the most iconic cities of the world, New York.
Aroview: Not to be mistaken as a cynical American remake of PARIS, JE'TAIME, this - on the contrary - naturally extends the short-story format into the romantic mythology of the Big Apple, with plenty to gratify admirers of the French forerunner.
By extending the vignettes by a few minutes and cutting down their number from 18 to 10, the batting average is arguably higher this time, and though the directors are of international pedigree, there are a few less artsy indulgences. Apart from the obvious pleasures of vicarious NY romance, the real joy here is the first-division casting with the entire ensemble doing their thing in tantalizing bite-sized chunks.

4 stars (Very Good) Loved it, one to watch again ~ali
2 stars (Good Try) Didn't see much of working-class New York. The only segment I cared for was the one with the old stagers Cloris Leachman/Eli Wallach. For the most part, the script was full of romantic drivel and at times it made me cringe. ~Anon
