Aroview: Bumbling intelligence officer and shameless chauvinist, Hubert Bonisseur de la Bath, returns for Brazilian adventures in this bright and breezy spy spoof series from France.
A more assured and lavish successor to "Nest of Spies", this sequel matches its 60's time-capsule setting this time with Latin American exotica, and sports a script that is better equipped to carry its constant stream of wisecracks, inviting the idea that further installments may not be such a bad idea.

4 stars (Very Good) As you would expect from a retro spy-spoof, this has wonderful sets, music, costumes, cars and...back-projection! Dujardin canters through it all with relish (?!) while the lovely Louise Monot rolls her eyes. Great fun. ~HiFi
3 stars (Good Enough) Quite amusing. ~s36e175
3 stars (Good Enough) Silly nonsense but fun! ~Sandy
2 stars (Good Try) I didn't mind the style of the humour but it is hit and miss. This one will appeal and will have an audience but for me, it is a miss. ~Tubbs
