An American Werewolf in London
Aroview: Screamingly funny resuscitatation of the werewolf genre is great fun for the whole family, replete with Oscar-winning effects and many a great 'moon' song.

3 stars (Good Enough) Admittedly "An American Werewolf in America" wouldn't have the same ring to it but having it located in London was a masterstroke as it enabled a good supporting cast of British actors to be used. The screenplay weakens but it does have some highpoints ~Tubbs
4 stars (Very Good) It may not have the bite to it that the other classic werewolf film 'The Howling' has, but some groundbreaking special effects and a great supporting cast including the wonderful Jenny Agutter go some way to make up for its flaws. ~trauma_hound412
4 stars (Very Good) Excellent sequel to An American Werewolf.rnAnd great soundtrack. ~Catapillar
