Coriolanus
Synopsis: Ralph Fiennes directs this fierce adaptation of Shakespeare's second-longest play, transposing the Bard's text to modern day Rome, where political strife and civil unrest looms.
“It's a fine example of how a contemporary setting can accentuate the continued relevance of Shakespeare's themes, and it bodes well for Fiennes' future as a director.”~AV Club

4 stars (Very Good) Ralph Fiennes' directorial debut. If you are unfamiliar this is one of Shakepeare's bloodbaths that adapted well to a modern setting with its false patriotic theme. ~bikewrench
3 stars (Good Enough) There are some good performances from those who survive the killing. ~Tubbs
